The material is pressure impregnated (one of the most durable and effective methods) with Kora® « Kurt Obermeier Raumland » products, a leader in the wood protection industry. The impregnation increases the wood’s resistance to mould, fungi and insects, and makes the house more durable. The house has a natural brown colour. The durability of use (durability of the impregnation) is up to 15 years.
Maintenance should be done as needed, but at least every 2 years. However, it should not be forgotten that wood is a living material, which functions with temperature and humidity variations. Changes in the colour of wood and its structure depend on the conditions of use and do not affect its quality.
