Description
To prevent water waste, built-in Quick Response™ technology immediately shuts off irrigation as soon as rain begins.
Most rain sensing devices work as follows: they accumulate a set amount of rain before a switch is activated, breaks the controller circuit and shuts off the system. During this « accumulation time, » the system continues to irrigate unnecessarily. This can be a problem, especially for conservation-conscious municipalities, businesses and residences. With Quick Response technology built in, the Rain-Clik and Hunter Wireless Rain-Clik can send a command to the controller to shut off as soon as it begins to rain. The Rain-Clik can be installed on an eave or any vertical flat surface, such as a wall or fence. A gutter bracket is also available, which allows the Rain-Clik to be easily installed on the edge of a gutter.
